Project Overview

High Gear is advancing South Africa’s TVET system by strengthening industry-led career guidance services, expanding workplace learning opportunities for TVET lecturers and students, and supporting TVET academics to integrate more project-based learning methodologies into the way they teach. High Gear is managed by a strong team based in Johannesburg, Durban, and Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth).
